Ingredients

  • 1 can - sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can - sour cream
  • Elaichi - As per need
  • Nutmeg powder - As per need

How to Make Steam Fudge

  • Blend the ingredients together with a mixer in a flat-bottomed stainless steel utensil and cover with wax paper and tie it.
  • Keep it in the pressure cooker and steam till you hear 2 to 3 whistles or for 10 minutes.
  • Remove and keep in the fridge.
  • When nice and cold, cut and serve.
