Ingredients

  • 1 medium tender Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 tsp - chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp - soya sauce
  • 3 tsp - tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp- white or brown vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp - garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 fresh red chilli, finely chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - oil

How to Make Stir-fried Cabbage

  • Wash, drain, take cabbage in a bowl.
  • Add all ingredients, except oil.
  • Marinate, keeping aside for 15 mins.
  • Heat oil in a heavy pan.
  • Add marinated cabbage, stir-fry till cabbage is tender but not mushy.
  • Take off fire, serve hot with chapatti, bread or even hot steamed rice.
