  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1 - onion, cut into cubes
  • 1 - capsicum, cut into cubes
  • 200 gms - paneer, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/4 tsp - garam masala powder

How to Make Stir fried paneer with capsicum and onion

  • Heat oil in a wide pan.
  • Add onion pieces to it and fry for 4 - 5 minutes until it is pink in color.
  • Add capsicum pieces to it and fry for 3 - 4 minutes.
  • Add red chilli powder and turmeric powder to it and stir well.
  • Add paneer pieces and salt to it.
  • Cover it with a lid and cook for 8 minutes or until it is done.
  • Sprinkle garam masala powder on it and serve it hot with rotis.
