Ingredients

  • 1 - Pomfret fish
  • 2 tsps - Besan
  • 25 leaves - Mint
  • 2 - Coriander sprigs
  • 2 tsps - Tamarind pulp
  • 2 tsps. - Garlic
  • 1 tsp - Onion
  • 1 - Green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - Ajwain

How to Make Stir Fried Pomfret

  • Make a paste of onion, garlic, green chillies and coriander.
  • Mix with besan and the rest of ingredients.
  • Soak the Pomfret in the above marinade for one hour and shallow fry on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
