  • Frozen/fresh strawberries - 1 cup
  • Milk (skimmed and low fat) - 4 tbsp
  • Vanilla/strawberry ice cream - 2 dollops
  • Ripe banana - 1
  • Castor sugar - 6 tbsp

How to Make Strawberry Milkshake

  • Blend all the ingredients, running the blender on the highest setting.
  • Pour it into a tall glass.
  • Place a slit strawberry on the rim of the glass.
  • An extra dollop of strawberry icecream can be added over the drink too.
  • Serve chilled.
