  • 1.5 litres - Milk
  • 100 g - Curd, beaten
  • 7-8 tbsp - Sugar (or to taste)
  • 2 tbsp - Strawberry syrup
  • 2 tbsp - Strawberry jam

How to Make Strawberry Sandesh

  • Boil milk in a large vessel and add the beaten curd. When the milk curdles, hang it in a muslin cloth and leave to drain for 20 mins.
  • Press out the excess water and empty the chenna into a vessel.
  • Add the strawberry syrup to the chenna and mix well.
  • Add sugar and mash well with your hands.
  • Now make medium sized balls with the mixture and flatten it to a round/oval shape.
  • Prick the centre with a fork and put strawberry jam.
