Ingredients

  • Vermicelli-1 cup
  • Sugar-1/2 cup
  • Strawberry-6
  • Ghee-3 tsp
  • Pista-6
  • Cashew Nuts-6
  • Cardamom Powder-1/2 tsp
  • Water-1 cup

How to Make Strawberry Semiya Kesari

  • Add ghee in a pan and roast pistas and cashewnuts. Take it out and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add vermicelli and roast it. Add water and cook till done. Add sugar and mix well . Now add cardamom powder.
  • Puree strawberry in blender and add that too to the boiled vermicelli. Add some more ghee and cook well. Garnish with the already roasted nuts. Serve hot.
