Ingredients

  • 2 - small bananas
  • 3 tbsp - sweet khova
  • 3bsp - finely chopped walnuts
  • Few drops of vanilla essence
  • 3 tbsp - butter

How to Make Stuffed Banana Parcels

  • Peel the bananas and cut each into 2 pieces. Cut each piece into two slices, along the length. Combine khova with walnuts and vanilla. Make sandwiches of banana slices with khova filling.
  • Smear them with butter and wrap in a pieces of foil. Place in sandwich toaster and cook for 3-5 minutes. Serve in foil.
