Ingredients

  • 3- Bangda fish
  • 3 -green chillies
  • 1/2 pod - coriander leaves
  • small piece - ginger
  • 4 cloves - garlic
  • vinegar
  • salt

How to Make Stuffed Bangda

  • Grind all ingredients to a fine paste with vinegar. Do not add water.
  • Clean mackerel, apply salt on both sides. Stuff the ground spices and keep aside for 10 mins.
  • Add oil to a frying pan and add the stuffed mackerel (bangda). Fry well.
