  • 2-3 - boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 cup - boiled corn
  • 1 - finely chopped onion
  • 1 - finely chopped tomato
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp - chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup - skimmed milk
  • Oil
  • Coriander for garnishing

How to Make Stuffed Corn Potato Curry

  • Boil potatoes and chop off the tops. Scoop out contents and keep aside.
  • For stuffing: Heat oil in a non-stick pan and saute onion till it is golden brown.
  • Add salt, chaat masala, chilli powder, turmeric powder, boiled corn and the mashed, scooped out potato.
  • For curry:
  • Heat oil, fry potato and when it is slightly brown remove and fill with stuffing.
  • To the hot oil, add cumin, onion, tomato, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.
  • Fry well, add garam masala powder and skimmed milk.
  • Add stuffed potato and serve hot.
