Ingredients

  • 5 - Eggs
  • 1 cup - maida
  • 2 cups - milk
  • salt to taste
  • For the stuffing
  • 1 - capsicum
  • 2 - Onions
  • 1 - Carrot
  • 1 tsp - Garam masala, chilli, turmeric, red chilli, salt

How to Make Stuffed egg rolls

  • Finely beat eggs, milk and maida together and form a thin paste.
  • Beat for almost 20 minutes.
  • Fry all the vegetables and spices together in 2 tsp oil.
  • Take a non-stick pan and spread the mixture of egg on it. Take one spoon oil to grease tawa.
  • Roast on both the sides and stuff vegetables.
  • Form a roll.
  • Serve hot with tempting garlic sauce and chilli sauce (red).
