Stuffed French Rolls is absolutely a delightful snack that can be enjoyed by whole family! A mouth-watering dish with a flavourful scoop, topped with yummy ingredients - all set for a lavish feast. The filling for rolls involves rich ingredients - tender corn, green chilli, white sauce, grated cheese, butter, sugar, salt and pepper.

Ingredients

  • For the rolls:
  • 2 medium French rolls (baton bread)
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter
  • For the filling:
  • 2 teacups cooked tender corn
  • 1 green chilli, chopped
  • 2 tea cups white sauce
  • 2 tbsp. grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • A pinch salt, sugar and pepper
  • For the topping:
  • 1 tbsp. Grated cheese
  • 6 Sliced capsicums
  • 6 Sliced Tomato slices

How to Make Stuffed French Roll

  • Divide horizontally and scoop out centres. Brush scooped sides with melted butter.
  • Bake in hot oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes. Mix corn and white sauce.
  • Add green chilli, cheese and a pinch of sugar, salt and pepper.
  • Fill the roll with corn mixture and top with capsicum and tomato pieces.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake in a hot oven at 200 degrees C until crisp. Serve hot.
