Ingredients

  • 200 g - mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp - butter
  • 1 tbsp - minced onion
  • 1/2 cup - cooked, mashed potato
  • 1/2 tsp - pav bhaji masala
  • 1/3 cup - fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp - clotted cream (malai)
  • salt to taste

How to Make Stuffed Mushrooms

  • Remove the stalks from mushrooms and chop them.
  • Heat the butter, saute 1/2 onion and mushroom stalks.
  • Stir in rest of the ingredients except mushrooms.
  • Stuff mushrooms with this mixture and arrange them on a plate.
  • Cook without covering on full power for 2- 3 minutes.
