  • Pepper Gobi Masala:
  • 2 cups - Cauliflower florets
  • 1 - Onion (chopped)
  • 1 - Tomato (big and chopped)
  • 1 tsp - Ginger garlic paste
  • 3/4 tsp - Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - Garam masala powder
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Fennel seeds
  • Few mint leaves (chopped)
  • Bread slices

How to Make Stuffed Pepper Gobi Masala Bread Toast

  • Heat enough oil, fry the fennel seeds and add the chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste with enough salt.
  • Saute until the onions turns translucent and the raw smell of ginger garlic paste disappears.
  • Add the chopped cauliflower florets, saute for few minutes.
  • Add the pepper powder, garam masala powder, toss everything gently, simmer and cook until the vegetables are well cooked.
  • Add the chopped mint leaves and turn off the stove.
  • Fill two bread slices with enough pepper gobi masala, layer the masala with the another two bread slices.
  • Meanwhile beat the egg, milk with pepper powder and salt.
  • Heat enough oil in a pan.
  • Gently dip the stuffed masala bread slices in the egg mixture and cook on a pan, until golden brown.
