  • 4 - oval shape potato
  • 250 g - green peas
  • 4 - medium size tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
  • Mustard seeds
  • 5 to 6 - curry leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - garlic paste

  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - hot spicy powder
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder

How to Make Stuffed Potato

  • Pell potatoes and make 2 parts of each potato. Carve these half potatoes like shape of bowl.
  • Keep these cavities in deep water. Freeze it for 2 hours.

  • Cut each tomato in four parts, and then cook in microwave for 6 to 7 minutes till its skin becomes soft. Grind it in mixer.
  • Heat oil in pan, add cumin and mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  • Add 1/2 garlic and ginger paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, hot spicy powder, tomato puree and salt. Bring it to boil.

  • Heat little oil in pan and add mustard seeds. When it splutters, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, garlic, ginger paste, turmeric powder. Add peas, salt and fry it.
  • Dry potato carved halves by paper napkin. Grease little oil to each halves. Cook in microwave for 10 minutes till it is cooked well or deep fry in oil.
