Ingredients

  • 4-5 - bitter gourd/zucchini
  • Oil for frying
  • For stuffing:
  • 1 - small onion
  • 1 tbsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp - tamarind paste -
  • 2 tbsp - jaggery/brown sugar
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Stuffed Vegetables Curry

  • Grind all the ingredients for the stuffing.
  • Slit the bitter gourds (or peeled zucchini) along its length and fill them with the stuffing.
  • Deep-fry in hot oil.
  • Serve hot with rice and ghee.
