Ingredients

  • 6 ripe plantains or bananas
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2tbsp - flour
  • 3 tbsp - ghee
  • 2 tbsp - powdered sugar

How to Make Sugary Fried Plantains

  • Slice the plantains into 2 lengthwise.
  • Brush them lightly with the beaten egg and then dredge them with flour.
  • Heat the ghee in a pan and shallow fry till golden brown on both sides.
  • Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
  • Serve hot.
