3 cups - Maida
3 tbsps - Suji (rava)
1 cup (powdered) - Sugar
1/2 cup (melted) - Ghee -
5 (Break each into four pieces) - Cashew nuts
How to Make Suji Biscuit
Take maida, suji, powdered sugar in a bowl and mix it well.
Add ghee little by little (About 1-2 tsps at a time) and knead this mixture into a smooth dough.
Keep it aside for about 10 mins.
Now take a small portion of this mixture, roll it into a ball and flatten it slightly by pressing it between your palms.
Place a piece of cashew in the centre of this flattened mix and place it in a greased baking dish.
Repeat the same process for the entire mixture.
Preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees F for 12 mins.
Cool and serve.
