Ingredients

  • Suji - 1 cup
  • Malai - 1 cup
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Green chillies - 2 to 3
  • Bread slice - 8
  • Coriander leaves
  • 1 - onion, chopped

How to Make Suji Bread in Malai

  • Take rawa, add finely chopped green chillies, onion, coriander leaves, and salt to it. Mix it with malai.
  • Put this malai mixture on both sides of the bread slices.
  • Take a pan and warm it (don't put oil). After warming, put this bread slice on it.
  • The malai on it will melt and turn to ghee.
  • When it become brown. Reverse the slice.
  • After browning on both sides, serve hot with ketchup.
