  • 4 eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 big onion, cut into long thick strips
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - tandoori masala
  • 1/2 tsp - amchoor/mango powder
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander-cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp - oil Coriander leaves for garnishing

How to Make Sukha Egg Masala

  • Cut each egg into 4 long strips.
  • Heat oil, fry the ginger-garlic paste.
  • When it turns brown, add the onion strips and fry for 4 mins.
  • Add the powder masalas (amchoor, coriander-cumin powder, garam masala, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt) and fry for some time.
  • Then add chopped tomatoes and fry for 5 mins. Add the coriander leaves.
  • Before serving, add the egg strips.
  • Try to keep the egg white and the yolk intact.
