Ingredients

  • 1 tsp - sesame oil
  • 4 pounds - lean beef
  • 1/2 cup - soya sauce
  • 1 bundle - green onions
  • 1 box - fried tofu
  • 1 cup - fresh mushrooms
  • 1 bundle - spinach
  • 1/2 tsp - fresh garlic
  • 1/2 tsp -fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp - white pepper
  • 1 pound - potato noodles
  • 6 - eggs

How to Make Sukiyaki

  • In a pan, boil 3 cups of water and add potato noodles. Boil for 2-3 mins. Remove and drain.
  • Heat a sauce pan, and add oil. Cook meat until done
  • Mix well, soya sauce, onion, tofu, mushrooms, spinach, ginger, garlic, white pepper and potato noodles.
  • Transfer to platter and serve.
  • Place eggs in a small bowl and serve as a dip.
