Ingredients

  • 1 water
  • 1/2 tsp- tea dust
  • 1 thin round slice lemon (with peel)
  • 1 tsp- sugar

How to Make Sulemani Chai

  • Bring water to boil, add dust.

  • Close the top, and wait to brew for 3-4 mins.
  • Add couple of mint leaves
  •  Put sugar (jaggery) in teacup.
  • Strain tea with thin muslin cloth.
  • Pour into cup, add lemon slice.
  • Stir and serve hot with fried snacks, biscuits, etc.
