  • 1.5 cups - sliced mango
  • 1 cup - sliced bananas
  • 1 cup - sliced grapefruit
  • 1 cup - sliced strawberries
  • Juice of 1 fresh lime
  • 2 tbsp - honey
  • 1/4 cup - salad oil
  • 1/8 tbsp - salt
  • 6 - lettuce leaves

How to Make Summer Fruit Salad

  • Chill fruits.
  • Blend lime juice and honey in a small mixing bowl.
  • Add salad oil and salt.
  • Put chilled fruits (expect strawberries) in a large mixing bowl.
  • Pour lime-honey mixture over fruits. Mix gently.
  • Arrange fruits on lettuce leaves in individual salad bowls.
  • Top with strawberries and serve.
