Ingredients

  • 500 gms - pork
  • 2 - onion
  • 2 tsp - ginger paste
  • 3 tsp - garlic paste
  • 2 - potatoes
  • 1 - tomatoes
  • 6 - roasted green chillies (do not cut chillies into pieces)
  • Man Dhania (Eryngium Foetidum) - A few leaves
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Suor Bhartta

  • Cut and mix all the ingredients with the pork (don't add water) and cook for 5-6 whistles.
  • Sprinkle Man Dhania (Eryngium Foetidum) and serve.
