Ingredients

  • 1 cup - rice flour
  • 1 cup - plain flour
  • 1/2 cup - wheat flour
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
  • 5 tbsp - sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp - ghee

How to Make Sweet and Khari Biscuits

  • Mix rice flour, wheat and plain flour with water, ghee, salt and chilli powder.
  • Make the dough into medium size balls and roll into small rounds.
  • Cut it into long strips and deep-fry all these strips.
  • Sprinkle powdered sugar on it and serve.
