Ingredients

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • ¼ cup - chopped celery
  • 2 tbsp - tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp - refined flour
  • 2 tbsp - butter
  • 1 cup - milk
  • Spice bag (take a pinch each of thyme, parsley, pepper corn, bay leaf and basil together and tie in a muslin cloth)
  • 2 cups vegetable stock

How to Make Sizzling Vegetable Soup

  • Chop carrots, onion and celery.
  • Cook in stalk till tender adding the spice bag. Add tomato puree.
  • Remove the spice bag. Cool and puree.
  • Separately prepare white sauce with butter, refined flour and milk and add it to the puree.
  • Add salt to taste. Re heat and serve with some pepper.
