  • white bread slices - 8 to 10
  • milk - 2% fat (even better with whole milk)
  • oil to fry
  • sugar cashewnuts

How to Make Sweet Dish

  • Take a pan and heat oil in it. Break the bread slices into medium sized pieces and fry them in oil till all the oil is absorbed. Keep them aside. Take milk in a pan and heat it to a boil.
  • Add sugar (according to taste) and fried bread pieces.
  • Mix till it all becomes one dough like mixture.
  • Fry cashews in oil (or ghee) and add to the mixture.
  • Serve warm or cold. Tastes great either way.
