Ingredients

  • 1 cup - poha (washed).
  • 2 tbsp - jaggery
  • 1/2 tsp - powdered elaichi
  • 1 cup - grated coconut
  • 6-8 - seedless dates
  • 10-15 - raisins

How to Make Sweet Poha

  • Melt jaggery and stir continuously. Add melted jaggery to the poha.
  • Add elaichi powder, coconuts, dates and raisins to the mixture and stir well. Allow the mixture to set for some time.
  • Cut into diamond shapes and serve.
