Ingredients

  • 3 cups- Sugar
  • 3 cups- Water
  • 1/2 kg- Sweet potatoes
  • Oil
  • 2 tsp- Elaichi powder

How to Make Sweet potato Jamun

  • Boil sweet potatoes and mash them. Make small balls.
  • Heat oil and deep fry the balls till they are brown. Keep aside these balls.
  • Make sugar syrup and put elaichi in it. Then put these balls in the hot syrup.
