  • 1 cup - Basmati rice
  • 1/2 cup - sugar
  • pinch of yellow colour
  • 1/3 tsp - ghee or butter
  • 10 - 12 - chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup - raisins

How to Make Sweet Rice

  • Boil rice in a vessel with water and yellow colour.
  • In a heavy pan, heat ghee and remove from the stove.
  • Add sugar and then the rice and mix well.
  • Turn on the flame, add almond, raisins and turn off the heat after a minute.
