Ingredients

  • 1 kg - mutton shank
  • 15 gms - whole garam masala
  • 250 gms - sliced, onion
  • 500 gms - ginger garlic paste
  • 125 gms - tomato, puree
  • 1 liter - mutton stock
  • 15 gms - garam masala powder
  • 15 gms - red chilli paste
  • 3 gms - sandalwood powder
  • 100 ml - olive oil
  • salt to taste

How to Make Taar Qorma

  • Saute sliced onion along with whole garam masala until brown in olive oil.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and red chilli paste to the browned onion and saute.
  • Then add mutton shank
  • Now add mutton stock and let the mutton simmer until tender.
  • Add tomato puree in the cooked meat and adjust the seasoning. Add sandalwood powder
  • Garnish the dish with coriander
