  • 10 - Bread slices (cubed)
  • 1 - Onion (chopped)
  • 1 - Tomato (chopped)
  • 1 - Green chilli (slit in two)
  • 1 tsp - Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seed powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp - Tandoori masala powder
  • 2 - Bay leaves
  • 2 - cloves
  • 2 - cardamoms
  • 1 tbsp - Mint leaves (chopped)
  • Salt
  • Oil

How to Make Tandoori Bread Masala

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degree Fahrenheit.
  • Arrange the cubed bread slices over a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until they turn crispy and golden brown.
  • Meanwhile heat enough oil; fry the bay leaves, cloves, and cardamoms.
  • Add the onions, tomatoes, slit opened green chilli, ginger garlic paste and saute until the onions turn translucent.
  • Lower the flame to simmer immediately and add the cumin seed powder, garam masala powder and tandoori masala powder and saute for few minutes.
  • Add the crispy cubed bread pieces to the mixture and cook until the bread slices are mixed well.
  • Garnish with chopped mint leaves and serve immediately.
