  • 8-10 slices - bread
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric
  • 4 - green chillies (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 sprig - curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp - coriander leaves (chopped)
  • salt to taste
  • lemon juice to taste

How to Make Tangy Bread Upma

  • Cut the bread slices into small, uneven pieces (use a mixer if you want).
  • Heat oil in a kadhai and fry all the ingredients. Then add the bread pieces and cook.
  • When the bread pieces are nearly brown, add a bit of salt and lemon juice.
