Ingredients

  • 4 - Large capsicums
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp - cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp - coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp - besan powder
  • 1/4 tsp - dry tamarind powder
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Tangy Capsicum Masala Curry

  • Cut the capsicums into small pieces.
  • Heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and turmeric powder.
  • Add the cut capsicums and saute.
  • Add chilli powder and cook it covered for 5 minutes and then cook it open till it is almost done.
  • Add salt, cinnamon powder, coriander powder and the besan powder.
  • Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and leave it on the stove for 5 minutes. Serve
