  • 1kg - chicken
  • 2 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • A pinch - red food colouring
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - vinegar
  • 2 tbsp - corn flour
  • 1/2 cup - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder

How to Make Tangy Chicken Kebabs

  • Wash the chicken and marinate it with the ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, vinegar, and food colouring for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Heat oil in a pan till smoky.
  • Dust the chicken pieces with the corn flour and deep fry a few pieces at a time till crispy.
  • Serve hot with onion rings and chips.
