  • 2 - Tapioca
  • 1/4 cup - Tutti fruity chunks
  • 2 tbsp - Slivered almond flakes
  • 1/4 cup - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup - Grated coconut
  • 2 tbsp - Desiccated coconut
  • Salt

How to Make Tapioca and Tutti Fruity Sweet Balls

  • Remove the skin of the tapioca until the white layer appears.
  • Add salt and cook the tapioca for three whistles in a pressure cooker.
  • Mash them well or grate them.
  • Add sugar, grated coconut, tutti fruity chunks, slivered almond flakes, and cardamom powder and mix.
  • Take a small quantity of the mashed tapioca and roll into small balls.
  • Roll these balls in the desiccated coconut to evenly coat it.
