  • 1 liter - whole milk
  • 1/2 cup - cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup - milk powder
  • 300 gms - fresh cream
  • 1/2 tin - condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp - corn flour
  • 1/4 cup - sugar (if required)

How to Make Tasty Chocolate ice cream

  • Dissolve cocoa, milk powder, corn flour in 200 ml milk.
  • Put remaining milk to boil, cooking for 8-10 minutes.
  • Stir frequently while cooking.
  • Add condensed milk, mix till well dissolved.
  • Gradually add dissolved ingredients, stirring continuously till well dissolved.
  • Mixture should be a little extra sweet.
  • If required add some sugar.
  • Simmer further for 3-4 minutes.
  • Cool to room temperature.
  • Set in freezer for 4-5 hours till set but soft.
  • Remove, beat with electric beater, add in cream.
  • Beat till fluffy.
  • Transfer to freezer tray, reset for 5-6 hours.
  • When fully set, scoop and serve.
