Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup - basmati rice
  • Sliced red bell pepper - 1/4 cup
  • Sliced green capsicum -1/4 cup
  • Sliced cabbage - 1/4 cup
  • Sliced red onion - 4 tbsp
  • Sliced carrot - 4 tbsp
  • Finely chopped spring onions - 1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped beans - 1 cup
  • Corn - 3 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic - 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce - 1.5 tbsp
  • Green chilli sauce - 1 tsp
  • Lime juice - 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil - 1.5 tbsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp

How to Make Tasty Fried rice

  • Cook the rice and keep aside.
  • In a pan add oil.
  • Once oil is hot, add chopped garlic, onions, red bell pepper, green capsicum, beans, carrot, spring onion, corn, cabbage and cook until vegetables are slightly tender.
  • Mix well and toss for 2 minutes.
  • Now add soya sauce, green chilli sauce, salt, lime juice, pepper powder and rice. Mix well.
