Ingredients

  • 2 bunches - fresh coriander
  • 4 - 5 - spinach leaves (gives good green colour)
  • 1 bunch - fresh mint
  • 1/2 tbsp - cumin
  • 4 - 5 - green chillies
  • 1 - small onion
  • 1/2 - coconut
  • 4 - cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp - sugar
  • juice of one lemon
  • salt

How to Make Tasty Green Chutney

  • Grind all the above ingredients, except the lemon juice, to a fine paste.
  • Finally add lemon Juice. Can be eaten with a lot of snacks.
