Kulfi or 'Indian Ice Cream', is a frozen dairy dessert popular throughout south Asia for its rich, creamy texture. Because of its density, kulfi takes a longer time to melt than ice cream.

Kulfi is traditionally a slow-cooked dish where sweetened and flavoured milk is evaporated on a slow flame. The milk is continuously stirred until its volume is reduced by a half, thus thickening it, increasing its fat, protein, and lactose density.

In this version, canned evaporated milk is used for a quick Tasty Mango Kulfi. Your kulfi waits for none. Devour it before it melts!
