Ingredients

  • 1 kg Paneer
  • 30 Cashewnuts soaked in water for an hour
  • 6 - tomatoes
  • 2 tsp - dhania powder
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • Two pinches of turmeric powder
  • 2 - Onions
  • 9 to 10 flakes of garlic
  • 1/2 cup - frozen peas
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp ghee

How to Make Tasty Matar Paneer

  • Blend together the tomatoes, cashewnuts and masalas.
  • Chop the onion and garlic and saute in ghee till golden brown.
  • Add the ground masala and let it fry on medium heat for some time till the ghee separates out.
  • Add the paneer, salt, peas and fresh coriander leaves.
  • Heat through and serve.
