  • 1 kg - chicken.
  • 1 tbsp - freshly ground pepper.
  • 1 tsp - ginger powder.
  • 1 tsp - garlic powder.
  • 3 tbsp - yoghurt.
  • 3 tbsp - oil.
  • Salt - to taste.

How to Make Tasty pepper Chicken

  • Defrost chicken, skin and cut into small pieces.
  • Marinade the chicken in a mixture of ginger, garlic, yoghurt and salt for about 1/2 hour.
  • Stir well, cover pan and cook on low heat until chicken is done.
  • Increase heat, add pepper and cook stirring occasionally until liquid has dried up.
  • Garnish with wedges of lemon.
