Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - butter
  • 1/2 cup - sugar
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1.5 cups - self rising flour
  • 1 cup - pistachio, chopped
  • 2 tsp - orange blossom water
  • 1/2 cup - fresh milk
  • Topping ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups - icing sugar
  • 3 tbsp - butter
  • 1/2 cup - ground pistachios
  • 2 tsp - orange blossom water

How to Make Tasty Pistachio Cake

  • Whip the butter with sugar.
  • Add the remaining ingredients gradually while whipping and until combined.
  • Pour the mixture in a round cake mould and bake at 150 C for 40 mins.
  • Combine the topping ingredients and spread it on the top of the cake.
  • Decorate and serve.
