  • 6 - radishes
  • 2 cups - thick curds
  • 5 - green chillies
  • A bunch of coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • Mustard seeds and asafoetida - for tempering
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Tasty Radish Raitha

  • Clean the radishes and grate them. Slit the green chillies and chop the coriander leaves finely.
  • In a bowl, mix the curds with the grated radish and add salt to taste.
  • Heat oil, add the mustard seeds to splutter. Add asafoetida and green chillies, and pour over the curds.
  • Add the chopped coriander leaves and serve with rice and sambar.
