Ingredients

  • 2 cups - semolina (rawa)
  • 2 cups - powdered sugar
  • 1 cup - melted ghee
  • 4 to 5 tbsp - finely chopped cashew nuts
  • 2 to 3 tbsp - raisins
  • 1/2 cup - grated coconut
  • 1/2 tsp - cardamom powder
  • 4 to 6 tbsp - milk

How to Make Tasty Rawa Ladoo

  • Heat a little ghee at a time and fry coconut, cashew nut and raisins separately.
  • Roast rawa with remaining ghee.
  • Cool and grind in a mixer to a slightly coarse powder.
  • Mix with fried coconut, cashew nut and raisins.
  • Add cardamom powder.
  • Sprinkle milk little at a time till the mixture holds together.
  • Cool slightly and shape into laddoos.
