Ingredients

  • 250g - seer fish, cut in cubes
  • 1 tbsp - mint leaves
  • 4 - green chillies
  • 2 cloves - garlic
  • 1/2 inch piece - Thai ginger
  • 1 tsp - lemon juice
  • 1 cup - thick coconut milk
  • 1 cup - water
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Thai Green Fish Curry

  • Grind together the green chillies and mint leaves.
  • Fry chopped ginger and garlic in hot oil.
  • Add water and the ground paste. Bring to a boil.
  • Add salt, fish pieces and cook for 5 mins.
  • Turn the fish pieces over and cook again for 5 mins with the lemon juice.
  • Add coconut milk and allow to simmer for 10 seconds.
  • Serve with steamed rice.
