  • 125 g - regular or spreadable cream cheese, softened
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) - green onion, chopped
  • 4 - eggs, hard-cooked, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 1, 106 g (3.5 oz) can - salmon, drained
  • To taste - salt and pepper
  • 4 - bagels, cut in half
  • Lettuce leaves

How to Make Three-Star Bagels

  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese and onion. Stir in eggs and salmon.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread filling on bagel halves.
  • Garnish with lettuce. Serve immediately.
