  • Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Mustard - 1 tsp
  • Ginger - 1 inch piece
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Toast Kannapuri

  • In a heavy bottom wok, splutter mustard.
  • Saute onions, tomatoes. When it's done, add the rest of the ingredients and cook on low heat.
  • Spread this mix on bread and toast in a toast maker.
