  • 3 - Large onions
  • 3 - Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp - Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp- Ginger paste
  • 1 pack- Tofu
  • 4 - Eggs
  • 3 -Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp - Masala powder
  • 1 pinch - Turmeric
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Tofu Egg Curry

  • Cut the tofu into small 3 inch cubes.
  • Fry them in butter and keep aside.
  • Meanwhile, fry the onions until pink then add the ginger and garlic paste.
  • Now chop the tomatoes into small pieces and add them to the mixture.
  • Fry until the tomatoes are cooked.
  • Now beat the eggs in a bowl and keep aside.
  • Dip the tofu in the egg and fry them until they are done.
  • Now put the egg coated tofu coated into the gravy.
  • Let it cook for 2 mins and add the garam masala.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
