Ingredients

  • Whole wheat flour - 1 cup
  • Firm tofu - 2 oz.
  • Cooked tur dal - 1/2 cup
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Dhania powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Oil - 1tsp
  • Coriander leaves - a few

How to Make Tofu Paratha

  • Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients and keep covered for 5 mins.
  • Take a small portion of the mixture, make a ball and roll it out in the shape of a paratha.
  • Now, heat a griddle over medium flame and put the paratha on it.
  • Shallow-fry both the sides until golden.
